Summary

This study tests a new way to detect early damage in the feet of people with diabetes by measuring how the skin responds to pressure. Researchers will compare 200 people with and without diabetes to see if skin stiffness and stretchiness can predict ulcer risk. The goal is to prevent foot ulcers and amputations by catching problems sooner.
