Summary
This study tests a gel that contains tiny particles (exosomes) designed to help heal the surface of the eye in people with diabetes. The gel is applied to the eye and aims to improve nerve health, reduce dryness, and ease discomfort. The trial will include 30 adults with diabetes and eye surface problems, and will measure changes in eye nerves, tear production, and symptoms over time.
