Summary

This study looked at how blood sugar levels affect treatment for repeated urinary tract infections (UTIs) in people with type 2 diabetes. It followed 99 patients, comparing those with good and poor blood sugar control. The results show that managing diabetes well can help antibiotics work better and reduce the chance of the infection returning.
