Can a supplement rival a popular diabetes drug?

Summary
This study aims to see if a dietary supplement called AMPK Charge+® can help control blood sugar as effectively as the prescription medication semaglutide. It will involve 90 adults with prediabetes or early type 2 diabetes who are not yet on medication. Participants will take either the supplement alone or the supplement along with semaglutide injections for 12 weeks to compare their effects on blood sugar, insulin, and cholesterol.
