Summary
This study tested a nurse-led education program based on Pender's Health Promotion Model for pregnant women with gestational diabetes. 71 women participated, with the program aiming to improve healthy behaviors, self-confidence, and health beliefs. The goal was to help women better manage their condition and reduce complications for both mother and baby.
