Summary
This study aims to understand how diabetes-related metabolic issues affect hospital outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease. Researchers will collect existing medical information from 200 hospitalized adults with kidney disease, tracking outcomes like death, need for dialysis, and heart problems. No new treatments will be tested—this is purely an observational study to gather knowledge.
