Summary
This study compared two different drug combinations to see which one was better at helping people with type 2 diabetes lose weight and control their blood sugar. It involved 200 adults who were already taking metformin but still had uncontrolled diabetes. Over 12 weeks, researchers measured changes in body weight, blood sugar levels, and waist size.
