Summary
This study is testing a new NHS care pathway designed to help adults with type 1 diabetes who feel emotionally burdened by their condition. It will train healthcare teams to better recognize and talk about 'diabetes distress' during appointments and offer an optional online group program for support. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for patients and staff before a larger trial.
