Summary
This study is testing a new combination pill called Berlim 25/20 for adults with both type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol who haven't reached their treatment goals with diet, exercise, and current medications. The main goals are to see if the pill safely lowers long-term blood sugar (HbA1c) and 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-c) levels better than existing options. It's a large, late-stage trial involving 228 participants across multiple centers in Brazil.
