Summary
This study tests an experimental eye drop, DFL24498, against a placebo in 138 adults with atopic keratoconjunctivitis (AKC), a severe allergic eye disease. The main goal is to see if the drops reduce eye itching and corneal damage over 6 weeks. Participants must have AKC in both eyes and moderate to severe itching.
