Sugar water shot could ease tailbone pain

Summary
This study tests if injecting a sugar-water solution (dextrose prolotherapy) can reduce pain in people with long-term tailbone pain (coccydynia). 40 adults who have had tailbone pain for over 6 months and haven't improved with standard treatments will receive either the injection or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the injections reduce pain during sitting and daily activities.
