Summary
This study tested the safety and effectiveness of the DEXTER robotic system for removing the uterus and ovaries in 52 women with non-cancerous conditions. The main goal was to see if the robot could complete the surgery without switching to a different method. The study found that the robot performed well and had few serious complications.
