Summary
This study tested whether a tiny eye insert called DEXTENZA, used with standard eye drops, works better than drops alone for pain and swelling after cataract surgery. About 50 adults having cataract surgery took part. The goal was to see if the insert reduces discomfort and eye inflammation more effectively.
