Summary

This study tested whether adding dexmedetomidine to two types of anesthesia improves how well surgeons can see the surgical area during endoscopic sinus surgery for rhinosinusitis. Fifty adults aged 18-50 with mild to moderate health status took part. The goal was to make surgery safer and more effective by improving visibility.
