First seen May 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study checks how accurate the Dexcom G7 continuous glucose monitor is for ICU patients who need insulin after major abdominal surgery or organ transplant. About 62 adults will wear two sensors on their chest for up to 10 days. One sensor is used for treatment, the other is hidden to compare accuracy. The goal is to see if the device can reliably track blood sugar levels in critically ill patients.
