Summary

This study tests whether injecting a steroid (dexamethasone) around the hip joint during hip replacement surgery can help patients feel less pain, use fewer painkillers, and leave the hospital sooner. About 110 adults aged 50-90 with a broken hip will take part. The goal is to improve recovery and reduce complications after surgery.
