Asthma attack study: which steroid dose works best for kids?

Summary
This study looks at two different doses of a steroid called dexamethasone given to children aged 4-15 who come to the emergency department with an asthma attack. The goal is to see if one dose reduces the need for more steroid medicine in the following two weeks. About 104 children will take part, and the results will help plan a larger study.
