Summary
This study is testing a 4-week specialized care program designed to prevent burnout and crisis situations for adults with disabilities and their primary family caregivers. It aims to help participants achieve personal goals related to their daily needs, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall quality of life. The goal is to provide better support and reduce emergency healthcare visits.
