Summary
This study tested whether a medical device could help adults improve their willpower, self-control, and reduce food cravings. 51 participants received either a real or a fake treatment using a device that delivers magnetic pulses to the brain. Researchers measured changes using questionnaires about self-control and cravings before, after, and for three months following the treatments.
