Summary
This study tests a 4-week online video program for parents of children aged 1 to 3 years. The program aims to help parents understand their child's development and improve parenting skills. About 60 parents will take part, with half receiving the program and half continuing with usual care. Researchers will measure changes in parenting attitudes, mindfulness, self-confidence, and the home environment.
