Summary

This study tests a 4-week online video program for parents of children aged 1 to 3 years. The program aims to help parents understand their child's development and improve parenting skills. About 60 parents will take part, with half receiving the program and half continuing with usual care. Researchers will measure changes in parenting attitudes, mindfulness, self-confidence, and the home environment.

What this could lead to

If effective, this program could offer a simple, scalable way to help parents foster their child's early development and boost parenting confidence.

This is a small, early-stage study with only 60 participants, so results may not apply broadly. The program is delivered online, which may limit access for some families.
