Summary
This study is testing a new workshop for caregivers who work with children in residential care. The goal is to see if the workshop helps caregivers feel more confident and motivated to build strong, supportive relationships with the children. About 300 caregivers and children will take part, and researchers will check if the workshop is helpful and practical.
