Summary

This study tests an oral medication called deucravacitinib in 60 children aged 5 to 17 with active juvenile psoriatic arthritis. The goal is to see if the drug can control the disease and prevent flare-ups. Participants must have tried at least one other treatment without success. The trial is double-blind and placebo-controlled, meaning some children will receive a dummy pill for comparison.
