Summary

This study tests an oral medication, deucravacitinib, in 20 adults with two types of scarring hair loss (CCCA and FFA). Participants take one pill daily for 48 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug reduces inflammation and scarring in the scalp, potentially stopping hair loss progression.
