Summary
This study tests whether drugs already used for some cancers can help people with rare cancers or common cancers that have rare genetic changes. It is open to adults, teenagers, and children whose cancer has a specific mutation and who have no other standard treatment options. The goal is to find new uses for existing targeted therapies and make them available through the NHS if they work.
