Denture design showdown: which palate pattern wins for comfort?

Summary
This study compares three different designs for the roof (palate) of full upper dentures to see which one feels best. About 90 adults aged 40 to 80 who need complete dentures will get one of the three designs. They will rate their satisfaction and quality of life at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after getting the dentures.
