NCT ID NCT07067190
First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 13, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two dental implant attachment systems works better for securing lower jaw dentures. Twenty-two participants who have lost all their lower teeth will receive three implants and be randomly assigned to try either a traditional bar clip or a newer bar with a spherical 'OT Cap' clip. Researchers will measure how well the dentures stay in place, how much bone is lost around the implants, how much the clips wear down, and how satisfied patients are over six months.
