Summary

This study surveyed 100 adult denture wearers in Saudi Arabia to understand their knowledge and habits around denture cleaning and oral probiotics. Participants answered a questionnaire and had a dental exam, including plaque samples taken from their dentures and mouth. The goal was to see if better hygiene knowledge is linked to fewer oral problems and less harmful bacteria or fungus.
