Dentists test which fake tooth clip is gentler on gums
NCT ID NCT06871020
Summary
This small study compared two materials used to attach partial dentures (fake teeth) to a patient's remaining natural teeth. Twelve people with missing back teeth received dentures clipped to their premolars using either a newer computer-designed composite material or a traditional porcelain-metal material. Researchers checked gum health and asked patients about comfort over six months to see if one material was better.
