Summary
This study looked at how two different dental appliances, twinblock and monoblock, change the jaw and teeth of growing children with a class II skeletal problem (overbite). Eighteen girls aged 9 to 12 wore one of the braces. The researchers used X-rays and CT scans to measure bone and tooth movement and also checked for changes in the airway.
