Summary

This study tests whether using a patient's own tooth (made into a graft) with or without melatonin gel helps dental implants fuse better with the jawbone. Sixteen adults needing a tooth replaced will be split into two groups. Researchers will check implant stability, bone loss, and healing over 9 months using scans and exams.
