Kids' cavity treatment showdown: which saves more baby teeth?
NCT ID NCT06293521
Summary
This study compares two common dental procedures for treating deep cavities in children's baby teeth. Researchers want to see whether a less invasive treatment (pulpotomy) works as well as the standard more extensive treatment (pulpectomy) for saving infected baby teeth. The trial involves 40 healthy children aged 4-6 years who have deep cavities causing tooth pain.
