Can a simple dental fix improve a Child's bite?

NCT ID NCT07336212

Summary

This small pilot study looked at whether fixing weak, sensitive back teeth in children with a specific dental condition (MIH) could improve how their bite force is distributed and how their jaw muscles work. Researchers measured bite force and muscle activity in 5 children before and three months after their teeth were repaired with a special filling material. The goal was to see if this common treatment helps with function and reduces tooth sensitivity.
