Dentists search for the perfect bite landmark
NCT ID NCT04694196
Summary
This study aimed to find a reliable guide in the jaw to help dentists position the biting surfaces of false teeth correctly. Researchers measured a specific notch in the jawbone of 40 people with all their natural teeth to see if it could serve as a standard reference point. The goal is to improve the fit, comfort, and function of dentures for people who have lost their teeth.
