Summary
This study tested two different dental filling materials and a gentle laser treatment for fixing deep cavities in children's baby molars. It involved 60 healthy children aged 4 to 9 years. Researchers compared how well the treatments worked over a year by checking for pain, swelling, and signs of healing on dental X-rays.
