Summary
This study compares two methods for treating severely infected baby teeth in children aged 5-7. It tests whether using a small electric rotary tool or traditional manual tools works better for cleaning out the infected tooth pulp. Researchers will check how well each method controls the infection and prevents pain over 12 months.
