Summary
This study compared two methods for treating severely infected baby molars in children aged 4-8. Forty children were randomly assigned to have the infected pulp removed using either traditional manual files or newer rotary files. Researchers measured how well the tooth was filled and asked parents about their acceptance of the procedure.
