Scientists probe Kids' tooth pain clues
NCT ID NCT07171229
Summary
This study aims to understand if measuring inflammation in children's decayed baby teeth can help predict the success of a common nerve-saving procedure called pulpotomy. Researchers will compare teeth with cavities on the chewing surface versus those between teeth. They will collect a small blood sample from the tooth's nerve during the procedure and track pain and healing over time.
