Tooth stem cells could regrow gum and bone without surgery

Summary

This study tests whether injecting stem cells from donated teeth can help regrow gum and bone damaged by severe gum disease (periodontitis). Thirty adults with deep gum pockets and bone loss will receive the injection. The goal is to offer a less invasive alternative to traditional surgery.
