Can a 'Super Pen' make dental shots less scary for kids?

NCT ID NCT07292194

Summary

This study aims to see if a device called the 'Super Pen' causes less pain than a standard syringe when giving numbing shots to children at the dentist. About 54 healthy children, aged 6 to 12, will get shots with both methods in separate visits to compare their pain. Researchers will measure pain through the child's own report, their behavior, and their heart rate, and ask which method they prefer.
