One implant or two? study tests simpler fix for wobbly dentures

Summary
This study aims to see if a lower denture held by a single implant works as well as one held by two implants. Researchers will compare comfort, chewing ability, and patient satisfaction in adults who have lost all their teeth. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either one or two implants and will be followed for one year.
