New study tests better implants for weak jawbones

Summary
This study compares two types of dental implants (basal vs. compressive) in 14 people with severe jawbone loss. All implants are placed in the front of the lower jaw and immediately fitted with a bar-supported denture. Researchers will check gum health, bone levels, and implant stability after 1 and 2 years.
