Summary

This study looks at two ways to place dental implants in people who have a bone defect on the cheek side of the implant site. One group gets a bone graft to build up the area, while the other group gets the implant without any grafting. The goal is to see which approach leads to better implant success and patient satisfaction after one year. The study will include 20 adults who need an implant and have this specific type of bone loss.
