Bone graft or not? new study tests best approach for dental implants

Summary
This study looks at two ways to place dental implants in people who have a gap in the gum bone on the cheek side. One group gets a bone graft to fill the gap, the other does not. The goal is to see which method leads to better implant success and patient satisfaction over 12 months. About 20 adults will take part.
