Summary
This study aims to find out which of two dental implant techniques works better for people who need a tooth replaced in their upper back jaw. It will compare a newer method using a special ultrasonic tool to lift the sinus with a more standard approach. Researchers will measure how stable the implants are and how much new bone grows around them over one year.
