First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looked at 60 people who needed dental implants in their upper back teeth. It compared three techniques: using Densah burs, a magnetic mallet, and conventional drilling. The goal was to see which method made the implant most stable right after placement and during the first two months. Results help dentists choose the best approach for early loading of implants.
