Researchers test which implant placement saves more jawbone

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common dental implant placement techniques better preserves the jawbone around the implant. Researchers will compare placing the implant level with the bone crest versus slightly below it in 28 patients who have previously had bone grafting. They will measure bone changes using X-rays over 18 months to see which method leads to more stable bone support.
