Summary
This study tested which of two common medications works better to prevent and control pain after getting a dental implant. 132 adult patients received either ibuprofen, dexamethasone, or a placebo pill before their surgery, and their pain was carefully measured for several days. The goal was to find the most effective way to manage discomfort following this common dental procedure.
