First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested two common, low-cost dental materials—light-cure composite and Protemp—for making custom healing caps after a dental implant. Thirty adults received these caps to see which material helped the gums heal better and look more natural. The goal is to give dentists a reliable, affordable option for implant care.
