New cleaning combo tested to protect dental implants
NCT ID NCT07212855
Summary
This study tested whether using a special glycine powder during professional cleanings and an angled brush at home works better for keeping dental implants clean. It involved 76 adults who had full-arch implant-supported bridges. Researchers compared these tools to standard methods to see which reduced plaque and inflammation around the implants more effectively.
