First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at how the gums and bone change shape in the first few months after getting a dental implant. Twenty adults with a missing back tooth will have their implants scanned at different times to track healing. The goal is to better understand normal healing patterns, not to test a new treatment.
