Do jaw shapes affect dental implant success? new study investigates

NCT ID NCT07323290

Summary

This study observed 40 people who received full sets of dental implants to replace all their teeth. Researchers tracked how the jawbone changed around the implants over 12 months, comparing the upper and lower jaws and different jaw shapes. The goal was to learn if certain jaw shapes or implant placements lead to better long-term results.
